I was able to go in, recycle my old ink cartridge, find my new ink cartridge and check out quickly (using my rewards points). Both the associates that assisted me were friendly, efficient and professional. I would recommend this store to my friends and family. Too bad so many of them have closed in my area.
(February 12, 2022, 2:00 pm)I couldn't have asked for better service, I went in to ship a FedEx package and didn't know the first thing about shipping. Kristina was definitely heaven sent, she is definitely the customer service queen. Her line was extremely long but I would swear she had 8 arms because that line went down quick and she was super polite to everyone. I got my package shipped off safely and got a receipt. This woman definitely deserves a raise.
