(March 27, 2022, 1:18 am)Was grateful for the kind customer service but was unable to give 5 stars solely bc I still have no answers about my car battery or starter. The kind young employee was unable to connect the machine to give me insight. If I was basing the reading solely on him it be a 5... bc he really did try hard... however there should be a different way to check cars with batteries not in easy to reach locations.
