(November 14, 2022, 11:57 am)Mr. Viterna took my case before the Court of Appeals for Veteran Claims (CAVC) when others would not. He prevailed in my case. Upon further appeal by me to the VA , my claim was resolved in my favor some months later. If Mr. Viterna would not have prevailed at the CAVC I would not have been able to go further with my claim. I am very satisfied with his services to me.
