Deepa is a very important part of my journey toward improved health. I feel relieved to know I’m in good hands with her, given her extensive knowledge of Ayurveda and her friendly, collaborative approach. I'm an avid Yoga practitioner myself. Recently, I injured my elbow and suffered from Tennis elbow for a few months now. I've tried any number of medications and treatments and finally wanted to give Ayurveda a try. I looked up online and the closest clinic was ArogyaVeda. I was dubious in the beginning, but thought of giving it a try. Within two rounds of therapeutic sessions, I feel a huge relief. Pradeepa is such a wonderful Ayurveda practitioner if you are looking for any of your wellness needs, look no further. She also does online consults, but I'm so happy to find her here in Ann Arbor. I took three private Yoga classes with her, and that was huge. I've practiced Yoga for over a decade now, but her alignments and adjustments tells me that I've done many asanas incorrectly. She surely took my practice to a different level. I highly recommend her Yoga classes as well!

Deepa’s Yoga and Dance classes are both outstanding.
She is a highly trained and knowledgeable. She explains the benefits of each asana and also adjusts it to the individual’s level. Attending her yoga classes have really helped with my shoulder and back issues.
Deepa’s dance class is my favorite workout of the week. It’s great to break a sweat while dancing to her awesome bolllywood moves.
I appreciate the individual attention she gives in both her classes.
