Rivers Edge Apartments

While looking for the perfect apartment, I saw an ad for Rivers Edge Apartments. Immediately I felt like this would be home. Their staff were absolutely amazing. They allowed me to see the apartment(which was exactly what I was looking for) and, they assisted me in the paperwork process for the apartment. I was so pleased with the staff and with the apartment that I signed a 2 year lease. 🙂

My sister and I have now lived at River's Edge for 3 and half years. Office and maintenance staff are pleasant. Both regular and emergency maintenance come in a timely manner to fix things and ensure it's done correctly. The complex just had new windows put in and they look GREAT! Noise from other units can be excessive at times and occasionally unit/hallways smells like marijuana. Units are also small, but that's based on personal preference and the noise and marijuana smell sometimes are just the bad luck of living in a community. If those types of things don't bother you than I would say it's overall decent place to live, if you are more sensitive to those things then I would not recommend. One suggestion though... can we please have recycling bins on site somewhere?

I am glad to speak about Tiffany! She has and is still a tremendous blessing. I am blind in one eye, I use a special device to do paperwork, her outstanding patience is comforting..if I need anything done to maintenance it is top of the line customer service! If I had a business, she would work for me in a heart beat..A great asset you all have...Cherish her loyalty...
