(December 7, 2022, 2:56 pm)Great kids class! My 6 and 10 year old boys love it. Plus, they are learning techniques that would realistically be able to help them defuse a bully situation, so I feel like they are learning important life skills at the same time they are having fun.
This is a new gym and the class sizes are still small, it's the perfect time to join.
(October 17, 2022, 11:01 pm)This is the place to be. I'm older (61) and wanted to learn self defense that worked. I went there and I have learned so much about this wonderful art. Coach Tom makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. He teaches to your level. The other students are respectful of each other. It is very much like a brotherhood. If a 61 year old man can do it anyone can. It's not easy you will work hard. But class goes by so quickly. Class is really fun. Serious, but fun. There are lots of visitors from other schools I think is a testament to a quality teacher. Yeah, its jujitsu but I have always felt safe and never pushed beyond my level or comfort, but if I want to push myself it's there. This is a great school. I highly recommend it.
(September 6, 2022, 8:24 am)If you're looking for learning self defense or losing some weight Smash Pass BJJ is the place to be. The gym is clean and well designed, students are friendly and classes provide detailed instruction. Tom is highly invested in the quality of service he provides students. If you're in the area considering stopping in, I highly recommend this place.
(August 1, 2022, 8:51 pm)I’ve known and trained with Tom for 5 or 6 years. I was very happy to find out he opened his own place to train the beautiful art that is Jiu-Jitsu. I definitely recommend smashpass BJJ to anyone from beginner to experienced!! You will not regret it!
