I don't like to leave reviews but I've had a long standing relationship with the agency and wanted to leave feedback on each of the guys. I've dealt extensively with all of them for over 4 years. Mike is my go to guy because he is the most responsive, and ambitious. Seems like he loves what he does, and it shows.

Mike: He started my policy. He's available anytime. He's the only one there that offers his cell number. I've used him on the weekends when I picked up new cars, or had a notice emailed. I hate 9-5 guys, he's not that by any means. And If he's not available, he still responds and tells me he'll get to it right away. He is extremely communicative, passionate, knowledgeable, and energetic (I'll have what he's having). I also had two claims and he not only filed it (no 800 numbers for me!), but Allstate handled it perfectly and I had ZERO surprises at my renewal. And It doesn't matter if someone leaves a review based on one good experience. But, when it's proven renewal after renewal, claim after claim, that needs to be acknowledged! Mike's by far the best agent there. I even invited him to my 31st birthday party a couple of years ago!

Jennifer: Caring, and super friendly. She's accurate and you can tell she has tons of experience. She's super sweet and I'd love to meet her.

Alexa: Love her she's just a bubble of empathy. She's been there 10 years!

Nick: He's a real nice genuine guy. Not pushy He goes out of his way to ensure my policy looks good. He calls at renewals and is fun to talk to!
