Looks like I found my new vet! I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other vets simply just ordering up a bunch of tests to get the bill high and not seeming to care about my concerns with my cat. The team here though was excellent! Dr. Ballou was awesome! He seemed to genuinely care about my concerns and my pet and interested in seeing what is going on and how to manage it, took the time to explain everything and how it all works and why they wanna do this test and prescribe that medication. Reasonably priced as well. Thank you to Dr. Ballou and the rest of the team here for taking care of my Cinderella. I’ll definitely be back!
