Accu-Tech

We've been using Accu-Tech for CMM measurements for almost a decade now and have always had confidence in the measured data because they really take the time to do a solid job. After having had some pretty terrible experiences in the past, it's nice to find a company that really does the job right the first time. Their reports have always pretty easy to follow so it has been easy for me to convey the measured data to our customers, when necessary. If there was an issue with a part, they always seemed to have a good mechanical solution without any guess work. Some of the work involves 3D scanning, so that has been a nice little bonus that we don't have to source that out additionally.

To be honest, I saw a bad review on here which is really why I'm writing this review. We've always had such a good rapport with service reps over there that it just makes me wonder if the person was actually thinking about the right place! We've done some CMM work with Accu-Tech and they've gone that extra mile to really cross-quality check that there weren't any inconsistencies. I may not know the technical aspects of their work, but I know statistical measurements and know when something seems awry, so it's nice to have a business that really understands both sides and that is always willing to help me understand. More than anything, it's nice to know that I can put my trust in them and that I don't need to worry about the quality of the results, because it gets done and it gets done right the first time. Just my two cents!
