Michigan Chandelier

My husband and I were shopping for two new ceiling fans. We looked online because it's so convenient. But I was driving by Michigan Chandelier and decided to go in.

The benefit of using a Michigan Chandelier is that they knew all of the questions to ask so we had all the parts to install the fans when they arrived. We needed special ceiling mounts for a sloped ceiling and unique downrod's. And, the prices were exactly the same as online!!

This really emphasized the benefit of using a local store. The customer service is amazing! I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for beautiful fans or lighting!

We searched all websites to find the lighting we wanted for a master bath remodeling and Michigan Chandelier by far had the best selection available. We had a problem by mistakenly ordering the wrong finish on the fixtures we chose and had to cancel that order and reorder the right ones. Even though they have certain policies for a problem such as this, they decided that customer service was a priority rather than penalizing for mistakes by the customer. Great company to work with and the best selection for any fixture you may need. I will only consider this store for future lighting needs.

Very helpful - helped me take ideas into actual products from the books of fixtures available. Also helped me pick out a monorail system. Lots of pieces to order; glad I went there because I might have missed some ordering online.

I walked in as a college student looking for help on a project and I was met with 2 wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful people named Steve and Margie! The store is clean and lit so you can see the displays but there true working so you can see it off and on. There are many, many different light fixtures to look at and has most detail information right there on the tag so there's no guessing size or what bulb (lamp) to use. I will be going back to this place for any more help or when I need a product of my own!
