This is a review for the service department. I was having issues with what I suspected was my vehicle’ battery and called to schedule a service appointment. I told the person that I spoke to what was happening and he said I could bring it in (no appointment needed). I decided to drop it off that same day. The service advisor, Brian, that I worked with was quickly able to test my battery to let me know if this was the problem (it was). It was replaced quickly that same day (in under 2 hours without a prior appointment). I was very appreciative of their prompt and courteous service!

I have always had positive experiences at Suburban Ford Ferndale. Everyone is welcoming and very knowledgeable which helps put my mind at ease during the grueling process of leasing a vehicle.
