You have a great energy and it broke down a very long standing wall for her. Evidently she had an uncle that was a butcher dentist and since he was family and a minor she han no choice but to go to him. He was horrible. I had a couple like that as well. We're both blessed to have you in our lives.

I was thoroughly impressed by my first visit to Dr. Steiner today. His hygienist, Kathy, was personable and polite. His office staff confirmed my insurance and sent out the new client paperwork before my first appointment so I could fill out the paperwork in the comfort of my own home.

His office was clean, quiet, and lacked that awful dental office anti-septic smell.

Dr. Steiner himself was equally polite and personable. We talked informally about questions I have had for years, and he answered all them thoroughly and honestly. Dr. Steiner even offered to let me follow up with him with any questions by email.
