To date I've take over 150 classes and I can tell you this....if your looking for an easy and addictive workout this is the place. You get a full body workout in just 50 minutes not to mention you have the energy to go about your day. They also have the best instructors and they are always Challenging us to do more. Can't say enough you just got to try it.
(July 22, 2022, 8:39 am)I joined a month ago and have been impressed by the various classes offered. I’m still at Level 1 but am enjoying the variety of instructors. The studio is clean and pleasant. Will recommend to my friends.
(July 21, 2022, 12:14 am)10/10 recommend!! All the instructors are so welcoming and you’ll definitely get a good workout in. If you’re looking to be more active, Pilates is the move!
