Had a storage unit here for many years until recently, since we live out of state. Marissa in the office was especially helpful. Would recommend!

Upon arriving on a super-frigid Saturday in early February, the bay door was frozen solid to the ground. The staff member was actually on her way out (the office was closed) and I ran over to her car as she was warming it up. She immediately went and got a shovel and followed us to the unit. When that wasn't working, she went back and got ice melt/salt. We got in!! Excellent service. Great attitude.

This facility and team is set up for making things easy for new customers. Marisa is upbeat and professional and very helpful; the bottom line is I was putting a lock on my unit within 5 minutes of arrival and account creation. Nice Work!

Marisa explained everything thoroughly, the process was easy, and the auto-withdrawl payment option is very convenient. They also sell packing supplies, storage unit insurance, and locks on site.
The facility is well maintained, secured, has camera surveillance and best of all - the awesome on-site manager Marisa! She was the ray of sunshine in my otherwise stressful day of moving.
