  I had a nose pad fall off. Within five minutes they replaced both nose pads to a softer material, noticed the lenses were scratched, and order replacements without me asking. They were friendly and were all wearing masks. What a pleasure to find a company that still believes in great service.

  Amazing service from start to finish! I got prescreened on different machines and also paid for a retinal scan for $29.00, which was really cool to see the images. I feel good about having baseline imaging to compare things in the future. Then I had a full exam with the doctor who was really nice. She even gave me a copy of my prescription without my even asking! After that I met with Charity who discussed different types of lenses, etc. When we were done deciding all that she went with me to look at frames. She has great skill in finding just the right style and colors that look perfect on me! Truly a blessing to have her help in finding 2 pairs of frames I’m excited about! Charity is just the sweetest person!! I’ve never had so much customer attention throughout the whole process. She explained everything in detail every step of the way and did an outstanding job!! Her caring and kindness really blessed my experience.

  Great place to get your eyes checked and get really good glasses. I paid extra for better lenses but I knew that would be the case. Sort of like buying a car, you can buy the base model but most people want some options. One thing I really appreciated was that someone answers the phone! No recordings, no buttons to push, no waiting or having to leave a message, someone actually answers the phone. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

  I been visiting my friends that live there, For many years now.
  I think since they change it to a famely park it has more of a home type
  feeling
  Management is friendly and effient
