(November 25, 2020, 5:42 am)Peaceful ambiance in person also virtually. Having a video sessions was amazing and well needed during quarantine. I enjoy her personal touch added to each class. No class is exactly the same. The instructor is motivating and understanding to individual needs. This class is suited for newbies as well as seasoned vets. Various classes offered including ones where you are seated the entire practice doing a wide range of poses. I would strongly recommend Lil Birdie Yoga to everyone. Also her prices are very affordable with special and packages available.
