We just purchased our second Master Spa in 20 years and have stayed with the same family owned business and found our recent experience to even further surpass our last experience in 2002! This is a genuine, first class family run business and what a difference it makes. And Master Spa is simply the best and 100% made in USA!!! I am not a family member nor have I any reason to write this review other than to share my experience and honesty! You won’t be sorry…
(February 14, 2022, 4:38 pm)I love my tub! The customer service I received with the Hot Tub Store has been exceptional! It’s such a rare find these days! Thank you for all you do! My hot tub is very important to me. It’s my body’s “debrief” after my shift as a nurse, EVERY DAY! The staff here will take care of you!
