Rite Aid

I prefer this store over CVS or any of the other ones around for my meds and quick stop shopping.. they always have what I need and the workers there have all been very nice...I like the updates they did to the store outside too..

This is my go to place! It’s always clean, the shelves are fully stocked & they always have what I need! The staff is friendly & the manager is amazing! I used to use the Meijer pharmacy but switched to this rite aid, the pharmacy is quick & always have my scripts on hand. Whenever I’ve had a problem Debbie the manager was quick to help & resolve it, 10/10 highly recommend this store!

Update: I called a Rite Aid contact number the day it had happened. After I read Rite Aid's reply here, I called & emailed the contact info they sent. I was told I had an open case already & would be contacted. Yesterday a regional manager called me. He listened to what happened, & I forwarded him an email between my dentist & myself for his review to add to his file. He was very apologetic & stated he will be speaking to Gary about this completely unacceptable behavior. I'm pleasantly surprised Rite Aid did contact me & will investigate this matter. Because of Rite Aid's response re: this abusive pharmacist Gary, I've changed my stars on this review.

Gary the pharmacist (manager?) is unbelievably rude & unprofessional! Less than an hour after my oral surgery, he actually yelled at me over the phone. Who does that?!
Gary is the ONLY reason for 1 star!!! The store & it's employees are usually awesome.
I want to say that I love most of the employees at this store. The manager is great, as well as front of the store employees but Gary the pharmacist is the WORST!

This is my favorite Rite Aid. It's so organized and well kept. Always well stocked.
There's a woman there named Linda and she has the best customer service and attitude. She's been there for decades.

Although I have a couple Rite Aid stores closer to my house, I drive to this location because the store is cleaner and I feel the employees are more friendly. The pharmacist is also knowledgeable and has been able to answer any questions I have had about my medications. I'm able to get in and out within minutes as they always keep the line moving.

This store also looks great with all the remodeling/upgrades they've had over the years.
