My trainer Aaron is always so accommodating to my work schedule and if your worried about being uncomfortable at a gym don't be. Everyone there is focused on their own workout and having a trainer makes everything so easy.

I was 348 lbs and super unhealthy when I met Ken. one year later I competed in my first show !!!! Ken Jackson you truly saved my life and stopped me from tons of health problems in the future.
