What a great dentist! He was incredibly thorough, prompted questions and answered them clearly, in layman’s terms. Great advice. I appreciate his honesty. I had previously checked out another dentist. He met with me for five minutes (his assistant did all the work). I felt rushed. The entire conversation with his assistant was mainly focused on money. Dr. Kayser spent almost two hours with me explaining options for my dental health. I really like his staff and he was so respectful toward them. Love it!

I have been a patient of Regency Family Dental for over 25 years. They were an incredible practice in the '90s. They have only gotten better over the years. Dr. Kayser, Maria, Holly, Jasmine (perhaps the newest member of the team), everyone I encounter there ... Impeccable! They are committed to high quality dental care and overall health care! Dr Kaiser is absolutely amazing. I’ve worked in the dental field for the past seven years and I can tell you I haven’t met a dentist as thorough as him. I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked into the office. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I’m happy to call this office my new dental home.

From the friendly office staff to the attentive dental assistants and then Maria and Dr. Kayser themselves, I really felt so comfortable in the office during my initial visit and cleaning after recently moving into the Rochester area. The office is within walking distance of our house and with all the positive reviews I had to give it a try. I felt the initial assessment by Dr. Kayser was thoroughly done, never rushed, and well explained highlighting what was going well and those areas I needed to watch but always with a calm and realistic tone. The cleaning done by Maria went really well and she offered new suggestions for how best to care for my teeth that I hadn’t gotten before. All in all I have to say it was a really good visit. I have to highly recommend this practice. I felt like I was in highly competent hands and everyone was really nice.
