(December 17, 2021, 11:37 am)One morning I woke up and started my car and it didn’t start. I proceeded to get my car towed to another Kia dealership and their wait time was extremely long. It wasn’t until I called the service department at Jeffrey Kia to have them service my vehicle. I was concerned with going without a vehicle during the holidays. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Andy who walked me through the process and even got a complimentary shuttle to where I needed to go. Andy called me ONE DAY later to tell me that my problem has been resolved! They even washed my car! I appreciate the service that Andy and everyone at Jeffrey Kia’s service department provided in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend them!
