Carl's provided service on my Maytag washer and did a GREAT job. Ensured that the technician had the right parts on truck prior to coming out, diagnosed and fixed the issue and got us running in a single call. Very professional.
Carl's came out to repair my dryer which was covered under a Lowes protection plan. It took a few days for them to come out but they worked around my schedule and the repair fixed the problem. The service tech was very nice and professional, would definitely use them again.
Absolutely fantastic service! Prompt and kept me updated on the parts. He was so efficient and a pleasure to have a working Maytag dishwasher again. He even went out of his way to explain everything. I would recommend Carl's to anyone.
