Initially, we were looking for a place to see some samples - I wasn't looking forward to being pressured by a salesperson. After looking around a bit, sat down and talked through products, options, and finishes for a while - very knowledgeable staff were able to design and adjust everything on the giant screen as we talked through ideas.

I worked with David S, but also dealt with several of the other staff over the course of getting cabinets and countertops ordered and installed. Everything turned out great with quality products, helpful staff at the store, and polite professional installers. Highly recommend the Hall Road store!
