I had the pleasure of working with Dawn to sell my home, and I have to say I couldn't be happier! I cannot praise her enough for her thoroughness, expertise, and professionalism. Repeatedly, she went out of her way to do whatever was needed to help us get the home to listed and sold. Whether this was going to the home for specific reasons, or always taking my calls and responding promptly to my emails, she truly went above and beyond for me. I can't express how reassuring and crucial this was since I live out of state and couldn't physically be there to do any of this. She also gave great advice and recommendations of repairs/upgrades that needed to be done to maximize my selling price. She really knows her stuff. So, if you need a great real estate agent, this is the one!
