Just had both of the front doors repaired/reinstalled from the top down in our leasing office and it makes a world of difference! After two failed attempts from other vendors I finally found Vortex Doors. I worked with Samantha Martinez getting equipment purchased and a technician scheduled, she was great. Our technician, Joey, was on-time, professional and knew his trade. Worth every penny and our management is very pleased! 10/10 definitely recommend.

This is an awesome place. I've only ever had great customer service. I am the General Manager of a swim school and doors are very important to us. Pedro has been out the past couple of times to help us and has been very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone. The prices are high, but can you really put a price on outstanding quality service?

We were well taken care of by Ramon Rodriguez, we had a break-in at 12:30 AM called Vortex at 1:30 AM Ramon called me by 2:30 AM and my business is secure by 4:45 AM. Ramon is friendly and great at what he does! I'll be a Vortex Dallas customer for life! Follow that up with glass install by Lloyd, I'm happy this afternoon too! Great team at Vortex Dallas.
