The Cash brothers, including Joe Murray, all served the United States in World War II. To have 6 brothers all serve this country on active duty as well as an older brother and sister who worked in a civilian capacity for the DoD, is truly amazing. They also had an Uncle, Angus L. MacDonald, who served as Canadian Minister of National Defence of Naval Services, as well as 5 cousins who served with the British including one who served at Dunkirk.
