Did excellent on a long distance apartment rental. My daughter’s roommate moved In days ago. We just got here and had issues with getting the key to work in the lock. Roy rushed right over and everything went perfect with the lock. SO weird I couldn’t get it to work, but he didn’t have any issue with it. It’s worked just fine ever since. Vitor helped my partner and I with renting an apartment. We were in NYC at the time and he got us a video of the space very quickly.
