My experience was excellent. I got confirmation call from Erin at Rock Springs location. She answered my questions. She informed me of availability at other locations. She is a true professional at customer care and sales. That's why I decided to allow her handle my storage needs. Young lady made my day. Thank you Ms Erin.

Professional staff, clean and well maintained property. Signing up, Erin explained everything and set me up with auto pay. When I closed the account, I made a phone call, spoke with Juan and he took care of everything needed. If (maybe when) I need storage again, I will be back, CubeSmart!

So at first I rented a small unit for about 5 months then I just upgraded to a big unit quick and great service the only downfall here that kept them from getting the five stars is the exit elevator or the elevator closer to the exit gate it's constantly broken down and there's not enough carts to go around the whole property you usually got to hunt one down or at least I do but the staff is great the property's Great I reserved my second one online they called me on the phone I asked him if they can move the location for more convenient for me and they did it with no hesitation

Aaron, was exceptional, the type of woman that should be running a business of her own. She literally was the sweetest, most informational and helpful person that I’ve met during my stay at cube storage.

CubeSmart did a great job in providing a Penske rental truck. We rented a 16 ft truck from them and it was ready and waiting for us. Truck was clean and performed great. We were able to move a couple of loads of furniture. Returning and check out was painless and quick and efficient. I would use them again if required. Mike G
