Body Mechanics Physical Therapy

Dave is great and a very attentive physical therapist who takes care of whatever is bothering you...I’ve been to many pts before and what has always frustrated me is that most places don’t give u personalized 1 on 1 care...body mechanics is different and gives u 1 on 1 care and it makes a huge difference, highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend Body Mechanics to anyone seeking a PT clinic on the South Shore. I worked with Dave a couple of years ago at another clinic, and sought out his new business this year when I needed treatment again. I worked with Amanda for this course of treatment and she got me back on my feet in no time. I believe that the personalized approach to treatment results in quicker and longer lasting results, and a level of care is received here that is not always seen at other PT clinics.

Body Mechanics is an exceptional, one of a kind physical therapy clinic. Dave is extremely knowledgable and takes the necessary time to build patient specific plans and really focuses on building a relationship with you. When he prescribed my exercises for my lower back pain, he thoroughly explained each one answering every question I had about how and why these exercises worked for me. The well being of his clients and assuring they are comfortable and meet their goals is always his focus. Not only is Dave wonderful at what he does, the clinic itself is extremely clean, bright and welcoming. I trusted his clinic entirely during this pandemic as well as throughout my first trimester of pregnancy, knowing I could always count on it to be pristine. I can't recommend Body Mechanics enough!

Body Mechanics is by far the best PT experience I’ve had. David is knowledgable and provides one on one treatment for the entire session. There is no passing you off to an assistant to do standard exercises, everything is individualized to handle your specific issue and goals. If you’re looking for a Physical Therapist who is going to listen to you and get you where you want to be, this is the right place for you.

I would like to share a wonderful experience I had for physical therapy at Body Mechanics in Norwell. Dave, the owner, is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced therapist who takes the time to make sure you understand how you got to where you are, and how you’ll work to fix it and prevent it from happening again. He works one-on-one so you have his undivided attention unlike in most PT offices. Plus you’ll find that he is just a lovely person to chat with – extremely thoughtful and caring. Dave worked wonders on my shoulder, healing it completely. I am so grateful to have my shoulder fully functioning again, and I can’t recommend Body Mechanics enough!
