Tons of free weights as well as Nautilus machines...New flat screen TV'S just came in and will help pass the time while doing cardio..!!! Sauna and steam room will clear your body of toxins...
Classes for all ages and fitness ability...pound, spin, hiit , ballroom dance and more..
The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and always willing to lend a hand..

They encourage ALL levels of fitness and have so MUCH space. There is always open equipment and you don’t have to worry about people sweating over you! If you’re into powerlifting, there is a great space for that too! Now....get your butt to gym ;)
