Richard L. Grotz - SMG

My husband had Dr. Grotz for his colon cancer surgery. From the very first meeting all through out our time with him he has gone above and beyond what we could have expected. He was so nice at the very first meeting while we were still processing the news of my husbands diagnosis and made us feel positive about what would be happening. He also spoke so we could understand him and explained everything in detail of what the surgery would involve and what he could expect afterward. As for the surgery itself he was absolutely wonderful and it was more complicated that was expected and he handled everything very well. Afterward, he came to check on my husband and exam him every day and was always available. We truly cannot say enough about him and the entire staff of Good Samaritan as well and we just so appreciate everything he has done for my husband. We would never want another surgeon for anything again other than Dr. Grotz.
