On January 1, 2011, MacDermott's Tang Soo Do changed its name to Precision Tang Soo Do. The lessons, instructors, and core values stayed the same. In fact, the only thing that changed, along with the name, is Master Hile took over the administration of the schools.

Tang Soo Do is a classical martial art, not a sport. Classes focus on deveoping discipline, stamina, coordination and flexibility. Precision Tang Soo Do, formerly MacDermott's Tang Soo Do, has been offering instruction in the Bridgewater area since 1980.
Master Moore began studying Tang Soo Do, along with her brother Mr. Matthew Moore (3rd degree, Kyo Sah Nym) under Master Scott Hile in 2003. She earned her 1st degree black belt in 2007 and her 2nd degree black belt in 2009, under the instruction of Master Hile and Master Carl MacDermott.

Precision Tang Soo Do is the new name for MacDermott's Tang Soo Do. The name was changed on January 1, 2011 when, after 30 years of administrating the schools, Master Carl H. MacDermott III turned the administration of the school over to Master Scott R. Hile.
