Great selection. Store needs help staying organized

Have been ordering Carter's for my Great Grand Nieçes and Great Grand nephew all summer for store pickup and it's been a great experience
.. usually find some good additional buys at the store also. The staff associates are very helpful and so pleasant to deal with, I highly recommend Carter's.

For many many years I’ve been coming to this Carter’s (my children range in age 3-25), they are by far the best for customer service! I absolutely LOVE that Dedham store also has OshKosh too.

Good store, outstanding selection of kids clothes for a wide range of ages.
Store can be a little understaffed at times, though. But the good prices do help make up for it.

This is one of my favorite places for shopping kids clothing. Their clothing are trendy and made from quality materials. No matter how much you wash their clothes they still look great! I guess you pay for the quality. Also, most sections of the store are quite organized so it is easier to find stuff. Great customer service experience and check out is ok. The store is handicap accessible.
