The check-in process is very efficient with a QR code phone scan that lets you enter info on your phone, take/upload photos of your ID and health ins info, and then shows where you are on the waitlist. Love their investment in this technology.
Everyone was friendly, from receptionist to practitioners. The practitioners were genuinely caring, knowledgeable and nice to talk with as well.
I was also impressed that they went to some lengths to make it a less scary place for kids needing urgent care — it looks like a bamboo tiki hut around the reception area, and the wall that you see when you enter is a colorful rainforest. Even all the walls outside the exams rooms were handpainted murals of safari animals. Made it so much more pleasant for even me as a parent.
(February 17, 2023, 11:16 am)It was our first time at PM Pediatric Urgent Care, as I arrived as walk in I was having trouble to log in on their link… Tara helped me get all the paperwork done, she was kind and compassionate for helping me get all the documents for me so my daughter can be seen.. thank you so much Tara for helping me during this stressful time! The nurse Yinca and Dr Toni were very thorough and explained what my daughter having … she got treated right away! Thank you for all your kindness and compassionate care for this first time mom! Highly recommended for any emergencies!
