(July 10, 2021, 12:39 am)i had an amazing experience here thanks to shakirah!! she was an outstanding cashier and i absolutely loved her service. she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel like an appreciated costumer. she rung me up in a timely manor and was so kind and polite. I don’t usually like shopping at this location but she made my visit worth wild. she went above and beyond and had outstanding customer service skills. definitely will come again!!!

The fixed my clutch within a few days and the tech stayed late to finish up.

(January 15, 2020, 2:05 pm)I’ve had a transmission issue with my Ford Focus and I brought the car in to this Watertown Ford Service Center. They said it’ll be 2 weeks for the wait. And I got a phone called 2 days later saying that my car has already done! That was amazing! Great service ever! I would recommend this place to a friends!
(December 25, 2019, 8:48 am)Polite staff. Clean customer spaces. Waiting room very warm but stocked with beverages. Drive-in service was easy to check into. Routine service seemed to take longer than I expected. Otherwise a positive experience.
