So my wedding and engagement rings got stuck on my finger. Not only did they expertly remove them for me but once my finger healed (they got stuck due to an infection) I brought them back and they resized them. There is absolutely no way to tell the rings have been resized (including my 100 year old estate engagement ring). The work they do is just top notch. They have a customer for life.

I was in town for a short visit and my favorite necklace broke! I stopped by Bernard hoping to get it fixed before I had to leave in a few days, and I was in and out in literally 5 minutes with a fixed up necklace. (And browsing all the stunning pieces is always a fun time!). Thanks, all!!

Bernard Jewelers has been in Tewksbury for so many years she is so consistent and her work is excellent I wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs 4r beautiful jewelry!!!

Was doing the typical French Toast shopping ( you know run to the store before the big storm get eggs bread and milk ) when my watch fell off my wrist. A pin fell out of the band. So I Googled jewelry store and Bernard's popped up. I stopped in presented my watch and 3 minutes later it was fixed. I asked how much they said no charge. I truly appreciate the great and courteous service. So this review is my subtle way of saying thank you. I figure if they are that attentive and personable for my watch at no charge I can only imagine they must go all out for that engagement ring or perfect gift for that special someone. So if that's you do yourself a favor and check them out.
