I have never had a awful experience.. Being a single stay at home mom my child comes with me everywhere...
We always make a list... I use self checkout every time. Most of the woman who work at that checkout line are friendly and never give me a hard time.
But there is always 1 woman who is just rude. And grumpy. She was extremely rude this time. And i spoke to the manager. He was very polite and understanding. And was quick to help resolve the issue.
