Jessica Zaks

This was my second appointment with Dr. Zaks. Since I wasn't been there for long time. I tried to make a note of the questions which was my concern and I was glad that she patiently answered to all my questions and make me feel so comfortable where I felt more open up to discuss my personal stuff with her. I really appreciate that.😊

I had a follow-up visit with my Dr. On Wednesday, I went over my medications that need refills.
Also brought up how my back & left left & ankle still bother me quite often.
My B/P was fine. Did not need any blood work or tests.
I made an appointment for 3 months.
The Dr also listened to my lungs& heart
Very thorough.

Even though this was only my second visit with Dr. Zaks I felt completely comfortable. Dr. Zaks has such a nice way about her, she’s kind, professional, patient, knowledgeable and very friendly! The wonderful Doctor I had for over 35 years retired a few years ago, I’m so happy and relieved I found Dr. Zaks. It’s so important to feel like your Doctor is paying attention to what you’re saying, Dr. Zaks is that Doctor. Thank you Dr. Zaks!

Although this was my very first appointment with Dr. Zaks, I was immediately put at ease by her unassuming, down to Earth , and friendly nature. I was also impressed that she had obviously previously taken the time to read through my file in order to acquaint herself with my numerous health issues. Even though this appointment was only meant to be a brief follow-up with Dr. Zaks stepping in for my former PCP who had left the practice, she made it clear that she was ready to give me the time I needed to ask any questions or to express any immediate concerns I had which she hadn't already covered. After this promising first encounter, I am looking forward to seeing Dr. Zaks again at my annual complete exam coming up near the end of April rather than dreading an appointment with yet another new Primary Care Physician in less than 16 months.

I cannot say enough about Dr Jessica Zaks. I expressed my concerns about depression and that I was unable to find a counselor due to my insurance she was kind enough to take 15 minutes a week out of her busy schedule to talk to me to make sure that I was OK she also connected me with A behavioral specialist who was able to give me a list of possibilities she has consistently checked with me to make sure that I’m doing OK it has been an exceptionally compassionate understanding and empathetic with my situation. I have seen her for other issues and she’s amazing she listens patiently comes up with a couple of different solutions that she thinks would be the answer asks my opinion on what I think I trust her professional opinion completely. I feel extremely fortunate that I was able to find a doctor as wonderful as she is.. She has truly been a godsend for me. A true lifesaver.. I would absolutely without hesitation recommend her to anybody.
