I don’t write reviews often, but this magnificent establishment exceeded my expectations. I went in looking for some used gear, and tattooed jeff was the friendliest and most professional employees I have ever met. From start to finish he helped me thoroughly find what I was looking for, in my price range, and I have never felt so welcomed and appreciated before. I will definitely be coming back soon.

I then used the store credit (very reasonable offers!) to buy a J. Mascis Jazzmaster.

Great guitar, sounds great. He let me play what I wanted and test out anything my heart desired.

Was online looking to buy a keyboard when I came across this place. They immediately got back to me minutes after I emailed and inquired about a keyboard they had. Drove over on a weekend to pick it up, and everyone there was awesome. Very quick to help and friendly staff as well
place has lots of stuff. If you're a musician looking to buy instruments or whatnot, this is the place way better than the guitar center. I definitely recommend you check them out!

I reached out over the weekend and was surprised to get a prompt response to my inquiry. “Jeff” answered all my questions regarding the vintage acoustic guitar being advertised and provided additional photos in our subsequent email exchanges. The condition of the guitar was accurately described, it shipped and arrived promptly (Georgia), well packaged and playable right out of the box. I also purchased a nice SKD case. The prices and shipping costs were very reasonable. Excellent customer service.
