After comparing Commercial Insurance Agents I came upon Fred C. Church (Lowell branch) and requested an appointment with an associate. The woman, Monique was extremely knowledgeable which made me feel good because its sad to say but most agents I had previously contacted were unclear themselves on the best way to navigate me and my fleet of tractors and semi-trailers through the murky waters in accordance with MASS DOT rules and regulations. Monique knew her stuff and was able to combine certain policies together and save me a decent chunk of money that my previous agent had been missing for years. Since moving my policies over to Church I have been assigned a personal account manager, Sue, who has never dropped the ball on me and has always been available whenever something has popped up and ready to assist on short notice. Their actual office building is new, open and welcoming. The front desk is pleasant and I have not had one bad experience to note yet which, for me, considering the complexity of my insurance policies, speaks volumes on its own.
