RE the flyer sent out this week. Well its about time the city started clamping down on those who consistently continue to stuff their trash & recycle containers week after week with the lids straight up. Maybe the squirrels will find another way to supplement their dinner. Its hasn't been fair for those who have been paying for the purple bags.
