Turning Circles - Hula Hoop and Yoga

Working with Emma is wonderful! I have issues with my joints, so she tailors the workout to how I’m feeling each session. My main goal is strength, so each session focuses on strength for the areas that are not hurting that day. Her incredible knowledge of the human body allows her to help me get stronger, to support my joints, through the most effective and healthy poses. After two months working with her, I absolutely feel the difference. I’m grateful someone recommended her to me!

Ladies hoop night!
So much fun! I very recently got into hooping after never learning as a child and was so excited to see that there was a hooping class near me! It is not an exercise hooping class (even though you do move and stretch a bit) but rather a beginners flow class...just what l'm looking for!

I had so much fun in Emma’s hula hoop class and highly recommend for everyone to try! She is also offering yoga classes too, check her out ⭐️

So much fun! I have two very active toddlers (4 and 20 months) and they had a great time learning some fun new techniques in the yoga class. They loved exercising and playing with the hoops and it kept them entertained (as long as toddlers can be entertained haha). Would recommend this class for anyone looking to introduce yoga to their kids!

My daughter recently took hula hoop classes that Turning Circles offered in in the Groton area. I signed her up thinking it would be a good way to get her out of the house and away from the TV. She fell in love with hula hooping and for her 7th birthday, insisted on a hula hoop theme. I contacted Emma from Turning Circles for the birthday party and the experience was amazing. Emma provided all of the hula hoops and kept the kids moving and engaged for the entire time. The kids, at the end of the session, even performed a choreographed dance segment with the hula hoops for the parents in attendance. Highly recommend Turning Circles and their offerings.
