John and his son have served my family for decades..Thank God he stays in Dorchester because our house is 140 years old ..We would never trust our ancient t plumbing to any one else..

Great service, friendly and very professional

It appeared to be a straightforward job: one of our outdoor spigots had a back flow issue and wouldn't work with a hose attached. I called, got a quick call-back, scheduled an appointment, they came on time, and took care of the issue. The worker who came told me that it helped that I cleared out the area (they had to get to a pipe in the basement) and made access easier. The price was fair, and the job was quick. He cleaned up nicely, and now we have access to outside water for our porch plants! And, now I have confidence to call them if we should have some not-so-straightforward work!
