Acton Pest Control Services

I have had mice for some time and the company we had just never seemed to do much. Today Chris from Acton Pest Control came. Not only was Chris polite, his knowledge on "critters" is amazing! This is a family business that cares about what they do and take pride in making customers happy. Thank you Chris!

I have used the same pest control company for 7 years. When we had either squirrels or mice in our roof, I called our company and they came out to do a 'routine' check- basically they charged me for a visit and did nothing. (Note I pay an annual fee to this company to keep mice out of the home- we live in a wooded area)

This prompted me to call Acton Pest control. I spoke with the owner who helped me really diagnose the problem over the phone. He then sent his son out to lay traps and patch and search for holes where the animals (mice) could be getting into the roof. He explained everything he would be doing, how and where he'd lay the traps. What I should look for after the traps were laid and told me to call with any questions. They came back about 5 days later to check for activity and then about 5 days after that to remove the traps and patch the holes where the mice were getting in. They were knowledgable, patient, and had a great customer service. I may now switch over to them for my annual pest maintenance. Also love the idea of a family run business. Can't beat the customer service. ** This is my first every review online.

I was impressed start to finish by this company. The conversation to have someone come out was conducted by a very nice women, she was very professional. The price was very reasonable. The man that came out explained everything, was upfront about any shortcomings ( old house with a rock foundation), and provided ways to improve the likelihood of success. Everything about this company is kind and professional. I would highly reccomend them!

Really like working with this company. We've had a nasty yellow jacket problem this fall, and they've been quick to come out both times we've called. I believe it was Chris who came out to our house - he was very nice and helpful.

Just a wonderful company to work with--they embody the attributes I look when hiring a business: Great customer service and competence. Everyone I've spoken with at Acton Pest Control is extremely friendly and responsive. We've contacted them over multiple summers; they've always come out within one business day to deal with our pest issue(s). They're extremely effective, have always resolved our issues, but what I've always appreciated is that and they take the time to walk us through the work they've done and the rationale for why.
