Scheduled an appointment to drop the car off which made things easy. Got a phone call around lunchtime detailing his findings to get my approval to complete the job so that there were no surprises. Reasonable with prices and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary work. Also did not charge me for trouble shooting a noise I had been chasing in the front end and gave a useful suggestion on how to remedy said noise.
My only critique is that you need to be diligent on the follow-up.
