(April 15, 2018, 1:12 pm)I love every class at studio 5 and the energy that comes with them. I used to work out at a gym but it's so hard for me to get motivated. Taking classes here has helped me become healthier and inspired me to eat better as well. The instructors are always full of good vibes and energy that keeps the class going the whole way through!

The instructors are incredible. These women are not only strong, they know all the best work outs and provide amazing support. I highly recommend any class at Studio5 !!!
