Great experience and customer service! I was in an accident and brought my car by Auto Body Builders. Excellent and knowledgeable staff in the shop. I dealt with Paul who was fantastic helping with insurance and having my car fixed in no time. Highly recommend this professional shop that went above and beyond for their customer!
We took my wife's vehicle here to have some body work after being involved in a minor accident. Keith was great; he did a quick assessment of the damage and took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company on our behalf, making the entire process painless. They also helped set us up with a rental vehicle through Enterprise while the repairs were being completed. We were completely satisfied with their work and professionalism, and I plan to have some work done on my own vehicle in the near future. I cannot recommend them strongly enough; the customer is number one.
This auto body shop is awesome. I received many texts which updated me on the details of my car. My car was fixed within 7 days, even though I was given a 2 week time frame. When I went to pick it up, my car looked brand new. I think they may have even taken extra time to buff out a few scratches. The staff was very polite and informative. I highly recommend this auto body shop. I am a young driver and this was my first accident. The staff did a great job in helping me understand the repair process.
