Great place to buy motors or have service done. Extremely responsive with great communication, they bend over backward to make sure it's right!

I recently bought a Mercury outboard motor from Portside Marina and am so thankful for the excellent service provided by Peter and his team. When the shipment of the motor was delayed (due to a Mercury system outage) and I was in a pinch for on-land storage, Peter offered to store my boat on site until it came in. Once it was delivered, he tested/attached it to my boat and put it in the water for me. I am so grateful for Peter's invaluable guidance/advice and willingness to help me out. I can't recommend Portside enough!

Excellent boat yard, period. Peter and his team (every single one of them) are knowledgeable, responsive, and provide great customer service. I have high standards when it comes to my boat, and Portside meets or exceeds my expectations every time. I do routine service and keep my boat at Portside in the winter and I sleep well during the off season knowing I am in good hands. During the season Peter responds quickly to any issues that come up. Recently I had an issue that I worried might put us out of commission for weeks waiting for a part, but Peter and his crew had us back in action in 24 hours. If you are looking for quality service performed by quality people, Portside Marine should be your yard.

I've owned Mercury outboards for most of my life. The peace of mind that comes with having a reliable service provider nearby is invaluable. Portside is as reliable, knowledgeable and helpful as they come. They almost always have the parts, additives, accessories and information I need. As long as I live anywhere near Portside, I'll be a Mercury customer because I know I have help I can count on nearby. Peter and the team are absolutely fantastic to work with. I could not be more happy with the service and customer experience. We re-powered and purchased a 250HP Mercury with the help of Peter. He was super helpful and never pushy - always wanting the best for the boat owner. We also had them service the boat to get ready for the season. The work was great- they kept details on all services provided, and left the boat clean and in great condition. I will keep bringing my boat back every fall for service. I highly recommend Portside marine and the great work Peter and his team does.
