I am very happy to have chosen Bath by Design as my bath remodel choice. Jim was great, responded to any and all questions, Nate and Dan were also great to keep me informed of what was going on and explained any questions that my Husband and I had, and Joe, he did a superb job. If I ever have any more bath remodels, I'll definitely use them, I highly recommend.

I had by bathtub converted to a shower, Looks beautiful, Jim was very nice through each step that was done also he came back and put up a toilet paper holder and grab bar, we are definitely looking to have the rest of tile work done in the spring

5 stars all the way. From start to finish, this has been such a rewarding experience. I am always skeptical about contractors. From the beginning Jim showed me that i have no reason to worry. He explained everything to me thoroughly. I decided to go with Bathrooms by design and i couldn't be happier. The job was done in a prompt manner. There was a little unexpected bump in the road with the plumbing but Nate still fixed the issue and got it done by the promised time. Most importantly, the work is so pretty and elegant.
