He explained everything thoroughly and had my best interest in mind. Dave made the paperwork piece so easy & explained piece by piece, answered all my questions. All the staff were friendly and made the whole process amazing. I came in for a test drive at 10am & everything was done by 11:30am!!! I left a little later due to my insurance company slacking but they made us feel comfortable through it all. I came, saw, left with a new car all in one sweep. I recommend this place to anyone looking to buy/trade a car. I rarely write reviews, but this one was needed. They made my Christmas! Thank you 10xs! I wish you all much success.

Hands down the best buying experience I've had buying a vehicle. Kim and the team did a fantastic job with my sale. Buying out of state and not seeing the vehicle made me a little nervous but Kim took pictures of the undercarriage and a video chat to actually see the condition of the vehicle to make the sale. I'm very happy with the purchase and recommend Kim and Bourne Auto to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.

I had an AMAZING experience here. I worked with Kim who was very professional. I didn’t feel any pressure from her- just an enthusiasm to help. This was by far the lowest rate I found for the vehicle I was looking at (a Subaru Forester). I drove 40 minutes out here to purchase because I had the best feeling (and rates) compared to other dealerships I explored. 10/10 would recommend.
